Refund and Returns Policy
At GreenFluxor, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty, health, or supplement products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Start a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable (e.g., damaged or wrong item)

5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds if the item:
- Is returned outside of the 14-day window
- Shows signs of use or tampering
- Does not match the original purchase
