1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and sustainability reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items once opened
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your provider)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect item received

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- GreenFluxor is not responsible for lost return shipments
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders may already be processed and shipped.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
